Any Kenyan citizen or resident aged between 18 and 70 years is eligible to join. You can also register family members including a spouse, children, and parents under the same membership or as dependants.
Payments can be made conveniently via M-Pesa (Paybill or Till Number), bank transfer, or cash at our offices. We offer daily, weekly, monthly, and annual payment schedules to suit every income level.
We process claims within 24–48 hours of receiving the required documentation. Our 24/7 helpline ensures you can notify us immediately so we can mobilise our team without delay.
You will need a certified copy of the death certificate, the deceased's national ID or birth certificate, the claimant's national ID, and your membership card. Our team will guide you through the process step by step.
Yes. Our logistics package covers transportation of remains from anywhere in Kenya to the final resting place, mortuary fees, executive coffins, and all funeral equipment such as tents, chairs, and PA systems.
Absolutely. End To End Welfare offers family membership plans that cover the principal member, spouse, children under 25 years, and parents or in-laws. Please refer to our membership page for details on each tier.
The Food Basket is a cash benefit paid directly to the bereaved family to help cover food and immediate household needs during the mourning period. The amount varies by membership category and is disbursed alongside the main welfare payout.
Yes, there is a standard waiting period of 3 months from the date of registration before the full welfare cover activates. The Food Basket benefit activates from the first month of membership. Please contact us for full details.
