Please read these terms carefully before registering or using our services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership with, and use of the services provided by, End To End Welfare ("the Organisation", "we", "us"). By registering as a member or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Eligibility

  • Membership is open to Kenyan citizens and residents aged between 18 and 70 years at the time of registration.
  • Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Misrepresentation may result in immediate termination of membership and forfeiture of benefits.
  • Members may register qualifying dependants (spouse, children under 25, and parents/in-laws subject to plan) under their membership at the applicable rate.

2. Contributions and Payments

  • Members are required to maintain regular contributions in accordance with their chosen membership plan and payment schedule.
  • Contributions can be made via M-Pesa (Paybill/Till), bank transfer, or cash at our offices.
  • A membership is considered active only when contributions are up to date. Lapsed memberships do not attract welfare benefits.
  • Annual payment attracts a 10% discount on the total annual contribution.
  • The Organisation reserves the right to review and adjust contribution rates with 60 days' written notice to members.

3. Waiting Period

  • A mandatory waiting period of three (3) months applies from the date of registration before the full welfare cover becomes active.
  • The Food Basket benefit becomes active from the first complete month of membership.
  • No welfare payout will be made for deaths occurring during the waiting period, except in cases of accidental death (subject to investigation and the Organisation's discretion).

4. Welfare Benefits

  • Welfare benefits are payable upon the death of the principal member or a registered qualifying dependant.
  • The benefit amount is determined by the membership plan in force at the time of death.
  • Benefits are paid to the registered next of kin / beneficiary on record.
  • The Organisation reserves the right to investigate any claim before disbursing benefits.
  • Benefits will not be paid where death results from: suicide, self-inflicted injury, participation in criminal activity, or war/civil unrest.

5. Claims Process

  • Claims must be notified to the Organisation within seven (7) days of the date of death.
  • Required documentation must be submitted within 30 days of the date of death.
  • Failure to notify or submit documents within these timeframes may result in delayed or declined claims.
  • The Organisation will process valid claims within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documentation.
  • All submitted documents must be original or certified copies. Fraudulent documents will result in claim rejection and possible legal action.

6. Required Documentation for Claims

  • Certified copy of the death certificate
  • Deceased's national ID or birth certificate
  • Claimant's national ID
  • Membership card or proof of active membership
  • Any additional documents as requested by the Organisation

7. Termination of Membership

Membership may be terminated in the following circumstances:

  • By the member: Upon written notice to the Organisation. No refund of contributions will be made.
  • By the Organisation: For non-payment of contributions for more than 60 days, fraudulent claims, misrepresentation, or conduct prejudicial to the Organisation.
  • Upon termination, all welfare cover ceases immediately and no benefit claims will be entertained.

8. Reinstatement

A lapsed membership may be reinstated upon payment of all outstanding contributions plus a reinstatement fee determined by the Organisation. A new three-month waiting period applies upon reinstatement.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Organisation's liability to any member or beneficiary is limited to the welfare benefit amount specified in the applicable membership plan. The Organisation is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect losses arising from the provision of its services.

10. Amendments

The Organisation reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via SMS, email, or notice at our offices. Continued membership after notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
